Aesthetics and Wellness Industry
Hybrid: 2 Days Per Week On-Site in Redondo Beach, CA
Full-Time
Reports Directly to Terri Ross, Founder and CEO
Compensation: $75,000 to $100,000, based on experience
This is not a typical assistant role.
Terri’s current Executive Assistant has supported her for nearly seven years, and we are looking for someone capable of growing into that same level of trust, judgment, ownership, and operational fluency.
If you are looking for a role that is limited to managing someone else’s inbox, this is not it.
If you want to become the operational backbone behind a nationally recognized industry leader, take meaningful ownership, and grow alongside a fast-moving company, keep reading.
ABOUT TERRI ROSS CONSULTING
Terri Ross Consulting, also known as TRC, is a nationally recognized business performance and sales training firm built exclusively for the aesthetics and wellness industry.
Founded in 2012 by Terri Ross, TRC helps medical spas, plastic surgery practices, dermatology groups, wellness businesses, device companies, pharmaceutical brands, and enterprise organizations improve profitability, operational performance, patient conversion, and sustainable growth.
Terri and her team have trained and consulted for more than 2,000 aesthetic practices worldwide and have partnered with many of the industry’s most recognized organizations, including Merz, Galderma, SkinBetter Science, Podium, RepeatMD, Symplast, BTL, Environ, Moxie, Aesthetic Partners, CPP, Varsity Healthcare, DermCare Management, and Skin Clique.
ABOUT TERRI ROSS
Terri Ross is one of the aesthetics industry’s most recognized business strategists, sales trainers, keynote speakers, and public voices.
Over more than 20 years, she built her reputation within the Fortune 500 medical device industry, including serving as one of the first eight hires at Zeltiq and helping launch CoolSculpting throughout the United States and Canada.
She later served as Managing Partner of an underperforming Beverly Hills medical spa, rebuilt the business, and scaled it to a successful acquisition by SkinSpirit within five years.
Today, Terri leads TRC’s consulting, training, mentorship, and events businesses. She is also a published author, host of the In Touch With Terri podcast, and a featured speaker at major industry events, including The Aesthetic Society, Vegas Cosmetic Surgery, The Aesthetic Show, The Medical Spa Show, and ISAPS.
Terri travels approximately 75% of the time for speaking engagements, client work, media appearances, podcast recordings, and industry events.
She is direct, fast-moving, highly driven, and relentlessly focused on results.
This role requires someone who can independently manage her calendar, communications, travel, and business operations while keeping her several steps ahead, whether she is on a plane, on stage, backstage before a keynote, or moving between client calls.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a pivotal hire for TRC.
We are looking for a true right hand and strategic partner, not simply a scheduler.
This is a hybrid position based in Redondo Beach, California, with two days per week on-site for planning, collaboration, and focused work. The role also requires the independence and judgment to support a CEO who is frequently traveling and working across multiple time zones.
You must be equally effective managing Terri’s world remotely as you are working alongside her in person.
