About the Role

We are looking for passionate AI Engineers who are excited about building next-generation Generative AI solutions using the Google Gemini ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing AI-powered applications, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI workflows, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Google Gemini models.
• Build AI agents leveraging Gemini, Vertex AI, Agent Development Kit (ADK), and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
• Create effective prompts and optimize LLM responses for enterprise use cases.
• Integrate AI solutions with REST APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-powered solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve response quality, accuracy, and latency.
• Stay current with emerging Generative AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills

• 36 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google Gemini APIs and Gemini models.
• Experience with Google Vertex AI and Generative AI Studio.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of RAG architecture and vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or Vertex AI Vector Search.
• Experience in prompt engineering and AI agent development.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Good understanding of cloud-native application development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Exposure to MCP, ADK, A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication, and AI agent orchestration.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise applications such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of multimodal AI, document intelligence, OCR, and computer vision.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, AI governance, and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Google Cloud Generative AI certifications are a plus.
