WE ARE BUILDING A TEAM at AnacodicAi labs !

Anacodic Al Labs is a nonprofit Al research collective born out of Boston University . Our model is simple: organizations and individuals bring us real-world problems, and we assemble a team - students, professionals, and domain experts - to solve them.

We’re growing, and looking for people who want to build, not just talk about building.

Roles we’re looking to fill:

• ML/Al Engineers - model building, fine-tuning, evaluation

• Data Engineers/Analysts - pipelines, cleaning, statistical framing

• Full-Stack Developers - to ship what the team builds

• Research Leads - scope incoming problems, assemble the right team

• Domain Experts (health, education, civic tech, etc.) - translate real-world challenges into solvable problems

• Partnerships & Outreach - grow our network across universities, hospitals, and industry

• Communications/Content - help us tell our story

• Grant Writing/Fundraising - help us sustain the mission

Who should apply:

Students, working professionals, and experts from any field who want to contribute their skills to meaningful, real-world problems - whether you have 2 hours a week or 20.

This is volunteer-driven and mission-first - you won’t just pad a resume, you’ll actually ship solutions alongside a driven, cross-disciplinary team .
