Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare, or related field.
• 6–10+ years in healthcare payer domain.

• Strong expertise in:

• Facets (benefits configuration, claims processing)

• Healthcare payer workflows end-to-end

• Solid understanding of:

• Java enterprise architecture (Spring Boot, microservices)
• REST API design and integration patterns
• React-based UI applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital transformation programs in payer organizations.

• Knowledge of:

• API gateways (Apigee, Kong, etc.)

• Event streaming (Kafka or similar)

• Familiarity with:

• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)

• DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

• Exposure to FHIR-based interoperability frameworks.
