Job Description Lead the architectural shift toward AI-native engineering by building the core harness for autonomous agents. You will own the local development environment, asynchronous execution systems, and evaluation suites that allow AI agents to ship production-grade code safely. This role bridges platform engineering with non-deterministic system observability at a well-funded fintech startup.

What You Will Do

• Design and ship a local development environment and async execution infrastructure for advanced agent orchestration.
• Build comprehensive evaluation suites and automated review pipelines to ensure agent-generated code meets production-grade standards.
• Develop agent-aware CI/CD pipelines and observability tools to maintain high-stakes data accuracy and SOC 2 audit trails.

The ideal candidate

• 5+ years of infrastructure or platform engineering experience building production tools used by other engineers.
• Deep expertise in AWS services and Infrastructure as Code fluency using tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Proven experience building evaluation harnesses or test infrastructure specifically designed for non-deterministic systems or LLM outputs.
