Position:

The Purchasing/Admin Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting our purchasing team. You will enter + update merchandise items in our system, place + track merchandise orders for our clients, and order materials samples for the designers. Purchasing support will account for 20-30 hours of your work week. With the remainder of your time, you will support the Ops team at photo shoots, take content for our social media, help maintain our inventory, and… the list goes on! Your role will help ensure our Ops team can do more to keep the ship sailing smoothly.

Requirements:

· Associate’s degree or higher

· Entry-level up to 3 years’ experience in a professional setting

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data entry with a high level of accuracy

· Great communicator via email and phone

· Excellent troubleshooting and research skills; you are considered a ‘closer’ and get things done

· Team player, positive attitude, strong desire to continually learn and grow

· Reliable car. Mileage is reimbursed at IRS standard rates.

Schedule:

This will be a full-time, non-exempt position. As an hourly employee, your work schedule will be 8:30am to 5:00pm with a mandatory 30-minute lunch break. IDF Studio’s “open for business” hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Compensation:

Pay is $20.00/hour. Benefits include group health insurance, matching 401k plan, vacation and sick time.
