AI Program Lead & Instructor — AI Venture Fellowship (Weekend Program | In-Person in Hightstown, NJ)

About the Role

Help inspire the next generation of AI innovators.

The AI Program Lead & Instructor will work directly with the Founder to design, build, and continuously evolve the LogiQminds AI Venture Fellowship. This individual will lead the academic and instructional execution of the program, transforming the Founder’s vision into a world-class, project-based learning experience for high school students.

We’re looking for an AI practitioner who loves building with AI and enjoys teaching. This 12-weekend fellowship equips students with practical AI, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving skills by building real-world projects they can proudly showcase.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder to design, launch, and continuously improve the fellowship.
• Develop curriculum, lesson plans, projects, assessments, and instructional playbooks.
• Teach practical AI, automation, prompt engineering, AI agents, no-code development, and entrepreneurship.
• Mentor students through real-world business challenges, prototype development, and Demo Day presentations.
• Research emerging AI tools and integrate them into the curriculum.
• Coach students in critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, communication, and leadership.
• Collaborate with project mentors and business partners to deliver an exceptional learning experience.
• Ensure all activities align with LogiQminds’ standards for student safety, privacy, and responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated portfolio of AI applications, automations, agents, websites, or digital products.
• Strong practical experience with Generative AI and modern AI development tools.
• Experience designing curriculum, leading workshops, or teaching project-based learning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Passion for mentoring and developing high school students.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build programs from the ground up.

Experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring, tutoring, volunteering, or working with young learners is highly desirable.

Interview Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an in-person interview and must:

• Present their AI portfolio and demonstrate projects they have personally built.
• Deliver a 20–30 minute demo class.
• Complete a live AI challenge by building a practical solution using AI tools of their choice while demonstrating their teaching approach and problem-solving skills.

All selected candidates must successfully complete background verification and child safety screening before working with students.

• Build and continuously enhance a best-in-class AI Venture Fellowship curriculum.
• Deliver exceptional student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Produce high-quality student portfolios and real-world projects.
• Successfully launch and improve multiple fellowship cohorts.
• Establish LogiQminds as a premier AI-first education and innovation center for K–12 students.

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
