Title: Enterprise AI Workflow Engineer (Gen AI Process Engineering)

Position: Contract to hire

Location: 80% Remote (2 days per month onsite, Newark, NJ) Will cover hotel stay

What We are Looking For

We are seeking a hands-on AI engineer who can design, build, and deploy enterprise

Gen AI solutions—not just prototype them.

Required Qualifications

 Strong hands-on software development experience with Python (or another AI-

focused programming language).

 Practical experience building AI applications using LLMs, including prompt

orchestration and model integration.

 Foundational understanding of modern AI architectures and patterns, including:

o Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

o Model Context Protocol (MCP)

o Autonomous/Agentic AI systems

 Experience building AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and

LangGraph.

 Ability to integrate and orchestrate multiple LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI,

Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Gemini) within enterprise applications.

 Experience engineering production-ready AI solutions using APIs, tool calling,

and workflow orchestration.

 Comfortable collaborating across business, architecture, and data teams to

translate business processes into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Ideal Candidate

You are a builder first. You write code, understand modern GenAI architecture, and can

engineer enterprise AI solutions from concept through implementation—not simply

consume AI tools or write prompts.
