Executive & Personal Assistant to the Founder

About Us

Living Your Joy is a growing yoga and meditation education company dedicated to helping people reduce pain, improve movement, and live with greater freedom. We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable, and tech-savvy Executive & Personal Assistant to support our Founder and help keep both business and personal priorities running smoothly.

Working closely with the Founder and Business Manager, you’ll help create the organization and structure that allows our Founder to focus on teaching, creating content, and serving clients.

About the Role

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives on organization and is seeking meaningful part-time work alongside other clients or professional pursuits.

You’ll provide executive, administrative, and personal support while helping improve efficiency through smart systems and AI tools. Every week will be a little different, so we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
• Organize files, documents, and digital information
• Coordinate meetings, errands, and special projects
• Assist with email and administrative tasks
• Keep projects and action items organized
• Use technology and AI tools to improve organization and efficiency
• Provide general business and personal support as needed

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Friendly, patient, and professional
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
• Experienced using AI tools such as ChatGPT to increase productivity
• Proactive, resourceful, and dependable
• An excellent communicator with strong follow-through
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting executives, entrepreneurs, or small business owners
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with Google Workspace and modern productivity tools
• Comfortable leveraging AI in everyday work
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in San Rafael
• Established as an independent contractor or operating your own business, serving multiple clients
