Enterprise AI Engineer (GenAI Process Engineering) 80% Remote | Enterprise Transformation |

Remote | Healthcare | Enterprise Transformation What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a hands-on AI engineer who can design, build, and deploy enterprise GenAI solutions—not just prototype them.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on software development experience with Python (or another AI-focused programming language).
- Practical experience building AI applications using LLMs , including prompt orchestration and model integration.
- Foundational understanding of modern AI architectures and patterns, including:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Autonomous/Agentic AI systems
- Experience building AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph .
- Ability to integrate and orchestrate multiple LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Gemini) within enterprise applications.
- Experience engineering production-ready AI solutions using APIs, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
- Comfortable collaborating across business, architecture, and data teams to translate business processes into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
Ideal Candidate You are a builder first. You write code, understand modern GenAI architecture, and can engineer enterprise AI solutions from concept through implementation—not simply consume AI tools or write prompts.
