Functioning under the direction of the Application Manager, the Epic Cogito Business Intelligence Developer Senior Analyst provides advanced system-level support of multi-user clinical or financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and end user support of complex systems. Requires advanced knowledge of systems analysis. In-depth knowledge of project management concepts and methodology.

This Senior Analyst will provide technical leadership and mentoring to the team of analysts, able to support the Application Manager in growing a strong team.

The Role: Work Arrangement: This role, although mostly remote, may require onsite support within Hospitals, Clinics or Business centers that align with project implementation timelines.

Your Mission In this position, you will promote excellent customer service and strong communication skills to ensure the success of all software applications. You will partner with outside departments to promote, educate and train on current applications. You will work closely with members of the Xtensys staff, customer clinical and operational departments, and other Xtensys personnel to accomplish the goals established for the project.

You will lead and participate in project planning sessions, and establish project goals, milestones, and procedures. You have the strong ability to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity and collaborate with project leaders on all aspects of project planning to meet project deadlines.

• Drive project planning sessions, establishing project goals, milestones, and procedures, and managing multiple projects with high levels of complexity.
• Inspire and partner with project leaders and leadership teams to meet deadlines, drive optimization efforts, and support futurestate perioperative strategies.
• Spearhead largescale projects, provide strategic guidance, and mentor intermediate and junior analysts to ensure consistency, quality, and longterm success of application support.
