Key Responsibilities

• Execute AI-generated test scenarios and validate expected outcomes.
• Perform manual verification of AI-generated results and identify discrepancies.
• Review AI-generated evidence to identify false positives, false negatives, and missing validations.
• Document defects and collaborate with engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Re-test resolved defects and validate fixes.
• Maintain testing documentation and support Agile QA processes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Software QA, Manual Testing, or QA Analysis.
• Strong experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and API Testing.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO) .
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python for test automation or scripting.
• Experience with Azure (Azure DevOps and/or Azure Cloud services).
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Tosca is preferred.
