.NET Full-Stack Developer

Role Description This full-time remote .NET Full-Stack Developer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support Selene’s mortgage servicing and loss mitigation operations. The developer will work across the stack to implement server-side logic, integrate APIs, manage databases, and build responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code in .NET, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, operations, and QA. The role also includes participating in code reviews, contributing to architectural decisions, implementing secure coding practices, and supporting ongoing enhancements to proprietary systems. The developer is expected to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication and meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Back-End Web Development skills, including .NET (C#), API design, and database integration.
• Solid Front-End Development experience with HTML, JavaScript frameworks, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Azure Data Bricks, Azure, KPI.
• Proficiency in Software Development fundamentals such as object-oriented design, testing, debugging, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Hands-on Full-Stack Development experience delivering end-to-end web solutions in production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with SQL databases, secure coding practices, and performance optimization in web applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in remote teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in financial services, mortgage servicing, or similarly regulated industries is beneficial.
