Job Description
The Company
A fast-growing technology company is building a sophisticated platform that helps large organisations make better use of complex data. With strong early customer adoption and fresh investment behind it, the business is now expanding its commercial and customer-facing teams. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape how major enterprise customers are onboarded, supported and grown.
The Role
This is more than a traditional account management position. You’ll own a portfolio of large enterprise customers after the initial sale, acting as the link between senior client stakeholders and the product and engineering teams.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading complex enterprise implementations from onboarding through adoption.
- Managing high-value accounts, including customers worth $1m+ annually.
- Driving retention, expansion and recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
- Translating business requirements into clear product workflows and technical priorities.
- Working with engineering teams to troubleshoot integrations and data-related issues.
- Building trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Creating the playbooks, processes and customer health metrics needed to scale the function.
What They’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years of enterprise customer success, implementation, deployment or engagement management experience.
- Experience owning large, complex enterprise accounts.
- A strong record of improving adoption, preventing churn and growing customer relationships.
- The ability to bridge technical product teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data integrations and enterprise software architecture.
- An understanding of AI, machine learning or data-driven products.
- Confidence working directly with senior executives.
- Comfortable operating without established processes in an early-stage environment.
- Based in, or willing to work regularly from, New York City.
What’s in It for You
- $120,000–$150,000 base salary.
- $150,000–$190,000 OTE, plus competitive equity.
- Join a recently funded technology company with proven enterprise traction.
- Work directly with major global brands and senior decision-makers.
- Build the customer experience function rather than inherit an established playbook.
- Have a direct influence on product direction and how customer feedback is turned into software.
- A high-ownership role within a small, ambitious team.
- Hybrid working with flexibility around customer and team needs.
