Executive Assistant

Seeking a highly organized, discreet Executive Assistant for a client in the Major Live Events Production space. This role will support a fast‑paced Executive overseeing major live event productions. This role requires exceptional judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate calmly in high‑pressure, time‑sensitive environments. Responsibilities

• Executive Support: Manage a complex, multi‑time‑zone calendar; prioritize requests; protect executive availability.
• Meeting & Workflow Management: Join select meetings, capture commitments, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow‑through.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a professional liaison with clients, internal leadership, and partners; maintain strict confidentiality; communicate expectations on behalf of the executive.
• Managing Up: Support a high‑velocity executive by clarifying context, maintaining boundaries, and ensuring alignment.
• Production Logistics: Coordinate travel, rehearsals, and schedules around major live events; handle occasional business‑related personal logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Experience within the event production industry
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
