📍 Location: Chennai / Hyderabad only

🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days from office

🕑 Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

💼 Experience: 7+ years overall, including 4+ years in AI/ML development

We are looking for a hands-on AI Consultant with strong experience in building enterprise GenAI and RAG solutions for IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve enterprise chatbot accuracy using approved KM documents, SOPs and runbooks

• Build and optimize RAG-based knowledge assistants

• Implement AI-driven ticket triage, routing and resolution recommendations

• Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM

• Support incident correlation, alert-noise reduction and NOC shift-left initiatives

• Automate repeatable L3 support activities through AI and runbooks

• Ensure proper security, access control, governance and audit compliance
