Role Definition This role focuses on production support for the LoanIQ application. This role will assist Business Analysts and Business Partners in troubleshooting issues, working with the LoanIQ Vendor, Finastra, to resolve issues with the software, and handle all software upgrades or installations required.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot LoanIQ issues
- Partner with LoanIQ Business Analysts to provide solutions as requested by Business Partners
- Complete any necessary upgrades or installations of LoanIQ software
- Resolve security vulnerabilities as identified
- Work in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment with a diverse team across multiple areas of the IT department and our Business.
- Participate in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development.
- Execute solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.
Degree Requirement
- Degree or equivalent experience desired
Skill Descriptors Technologies: Experienced in working with LoanIQ or similar accounting systems, SQL/PL-SQL, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers.
Experience:
- At least 4 years experience in software development or support, with preferably at least 1 year of LoanIQ related experience
- Understanding of Financially Significant Applications and Sarbanes Oxley practices
- Proven strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical-minded and business-minded individuals
- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
