Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination using project management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar tools.
• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
• Oversee construction estimating processes, including reviewing blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately forecast costs.
• Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, controlling costs, and implementing cost management strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, construction regulations, and quality requirements.
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Facilitate communication across teams by managing project meetings, progress reports, and documentation updates.
• Lead project teams by providing clear direction on scope, schedule coordination, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects meet all regulatory compliance standards related to construction practices and environmental considerations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong background in civil engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other project scheduling tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately.
• Strong understanding of construction regulations and safety standards applicable to large-scale projects.
• Hands-on experience working on construction sites with a solid grasp of construction schedule coordination and site safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and project delivery excellence.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating among diverse stakeholders including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
