Senior Frontend Engineer

About the opportunity

Noara Labs is partnering with an infrastructure-first technology company building tools that simplify production-grade Kubernetes and distributed systems for small teams.

• Not a traditional SaaS dashboard role
• Focus on how developers interact with complex infrastructure
• Frontend engineering deeply connected to systems architecture

What you’ll do

• Own and establish frontend architecture for a distributed systems platform
• Design cluster provisioning and infrastructure management interfaces
• Build real-time UIs using WebSockets and streaming data
• Create visualization systems for distributed system state
• Work with Kubernetes APIs and backend services
• Collaborate closely with backend and platform engineers
• Prototype new interaction patterns for infrastructure management
• Improve performance, accessibility, and frontend systems

Core requirements

• 6–10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience defining and scaling frontend architecture
• Strong experience with Next.js, React, Tailwind
• Experience working with APIs and backend services
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes (pods, deployments, services)
• Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets / streaming)
• Comfortable managing complex state
• Strong understanding of performance and best practices

Strong plus

• Background in distributed systems
• Experience with observability tools (Grafana or similar)
• Experience building devtools or infrastructure products
• Familiarity with infrastructure tooling (IaC or similar)
• Comfortable contributing to backend logic
