Restoration Project Manager - Contents Division

Hays+Sons is a full-service disaster restoration company with over 40 years’ experience providing service to our customers during their time of need! We are looking for an experienced Restoration Project Manager to join our Indianapolis Contents Division.

Job duties include:

• Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of mitigation projects, including water and fire remediation of contents
• Estimate project and communicate with insurance adjusters
• Coordinate field personnel for each assigned job – to include packouts/delivery
• Explain process and timeline with homeowners and maintain optimal communication throughout entire project
• Complete tasks within CRM (photo uploads, document uploads, compliance tasks)
• Attend weekly production meetings and provide accurate updates on all current projects
• Work within referral program guidelines, providing updates within specified timeframes
• Emergency response and on call rotation participation

Qualifications

• Experience with Xactimate (highly preferred)
• IICRC Certification(s) preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team
• Experience working with building contents restoration
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
