Sales Associate (Web)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations & Customer Support Specialist to manage all day-to-day activities related to our LENA web business. This role is responsible for product uploads, order processing, customer communication, and overall support of online sales operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced fashion environment, with a strong sense of ownership over the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and maintain product listings across website and partner platforms
• Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Handle customer service inquiries (order status, returns, product questions, etc.)
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams on order-related matters
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocks and reorder tracking
• Support website updates, banners, and promotional changes as needed
• Ensure all order and customer data is properly managed and up to date

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, operations, or customer service
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Shopify/EDI systems is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
