Title: Full Stack Developer – React, .Net Core, AI/ML (Only FTE)

Full-Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using React as the primary frontend framework and .NET Core/C# for backend services.
• Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS .
• Develop and maintain robust REST APIs , microservices, and backend services to support business applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Cloud & Architecture

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure , including App Services, Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, and related services.
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and modern deployment practices.
• Apply modern software architecture principles including microservices, event-driven design, API-first development, and secure application integration.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and reliability across cloud environments.

Data & Integration

• Design and develop solutions leveraging NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB and MongoDB.
• Build and optimize data access layers, data models, and integration services.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design AI-ready APIs, data services, and efficient data flows.
• Integrate internal and external systems through APIs and cloud-based integration patterns.

AI & Intelligent Automation

• Integrate applications with AI/ML services, LLM platforms, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Enable AI-driven capabilities such as:
• Intelligent search
• Recommendations and personalization
• Conversational copilots and virtual assistants
• Workflow automation and decision support
• Work closely with AI/ML teams to operationalize models and embed AI capabilities into business applications.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Quality, Governance & Delivery

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Develop unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure solution quality.
• Conduct peer code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API specifications, deployment guides, and support documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• 07+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Strong expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong backend development experience using .NET Core, C#, and Web APIs.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD implementation.
• Experience with Cosmos DB, MongoDB, or other NoSQL technologies.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and modern application architecture patterns.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
