AI/ML Software Engineer (AI Engineer II)

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications, AI agents, and intelligent chatbot solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AWS cloud services, and backend application development.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• 5-8 years of Software Development or AI Engineering experience
• Strong experience in Generative AI / LLMs

• Hands-on experience in:

• Prompt Engineering
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• LLM Integration
• Tool/Function Calling

• AI Chatbots / Agentic AI Workflows

• Strong AWS experience:

• Lambda
• API Gateway
• DynamoDB
• S3
• SQS

• EventBridge

• Programming skills:

• Python (Mandatory)
• C# or Java

• Node.js / TypeScript

• Experience with:

• Microservices Architecture
• REST APIs
• SQL & NoSQL Databases

• CI/CD Pipelines

• Exposure to:

• LangChain
• LlamaIndex
• AutoGen
• Amazon Bedrock (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Generative AI applications.
• Develop AI Agents and intelligent chatbot solutions.
• Design scalable microservices and APIs.
• Implement RAG pipelines and LLM integrations.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
• Drive architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and security.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
