Job Description
Interior Design Internship –
Our residential interior design firm, based near Madison Square Park, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team for the Fall 2026 term. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in the interior design field.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment
- Has strong computer skills and is proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and the Adobe Creative Suite
Day-to-day responsibilities may involve:
- Assisting with floor plans, drawings, occasional renderings
- Helping the design team with project presentations and concept development
- Sourcing materials, fabrics, and furnishings for ongoing projects
- Coordinating with vendors to gather product information and pricing
- Handling sample returns and pickups from local showrooms and galleries
- Organizing and maintaining the studio’s material and fabric library
- Running errands related to client presentations and project needs
A $30 daily stipend is provided. Transportation to and from the office and project-related travel expenses will also be reimbursed.
