What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with Adobe PDF is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for outreach and data verification
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Discretion and tact when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and procedures
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience working with government agencies or licensing bodies
- Prior experience in data entry, database management, or research roles
- Knowledge of compliance or legal processes related to licensing

- This position is 100% remote, with working hours aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST); EST hours are highly preferred.
- Ability to work within a strict monthly schedule and handle complex verification tasks independently.
