Role: Senior System Administrator - Azure, Exchange & Active Directory Location: 2 Broadway New York, NY, 10004 (5 Days onsite) Job Type: Contract Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior System Administrator with proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, and automation scripting, along with experience supporting complex multi-forest, hybrid infrastructures in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid Azure/on-premises infrastructure.
- Administer and support enterprise Exchange and Active Directory environments.
- Lead cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex enterprise client-server environments.
- Develop automation scripts and optimize Azure resources.
- Support enterprise infrastructure projects and mentor junior technical staff.
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Azure - 10+ years (Microsoft Certification preferred).
- Microsoft Exchange - Hybrid & Multi-Org enterprise environments.
- Microsoft Active Directory - Multi-Forest Hybrid administration.
- PowerShell / Unix Shell Scripting.
- Windows Server & Unix/Linux Administration.
- Microsoft Entra Connect, SCCM, ExpressRoute.
- DNS, PKI, Group Policy, SQL Server.
- Enterprise Infrastructure Design, Solution Architecture & Cloud Migrations.
