Job Description
Trustworthy, organized, resourceful and committed Executive Assistant with the highest ethical standards needed to provide comprehensive support to a Senior Executive of a top Asset Management firm. Manage complex calendaring, retrieve voice mails, manage business contacts and keep files organized. Prepare meeting materials, organize global travel through travel department, track and manage expenses. Communicate with corporate management teams and act as liaison to executive and business colleagues.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the capacity to think outside of the box and make an impact at a firm that values dedicated and committed individuals.
Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of EA experience out of a corporate, fast paced environment
Compensation - Base 150K - 200K DOE
