  • adhere to client service standards;
  • prepare and send correspondence and arrange for the filing of court documents;
  • brief preparation to counsel, medical and other experts;
  • diary and travel management including booking appointments; and
  • general administrative support.

About You
If the following sounds like you, we would love to hear from you:

  • you are seeking a part‑time opportunity, working 2–3 days per week;
  • you have previous experience in defendant insurance litigation and understand the importance of client service standards;
  • you have experience using precedents, practice management systems, billing platforms and document management systems;
  • you have an enthusiastic and proactive approach to work, and take ownership of tasks; and
  • you have strong communication skills, and the ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships.

Benefits of Working with Us
Just to name a few, we have:

  • been acknowledged as an ‘Employer of Choice’ for the last 7 years;
  • a supportive environment where managers genuinely care about your wellbeing;
  • progressive policies including flexible hours, working from home, volunteer leave, and a public holiday swap policy;
  • a relaxed office environment where you can “Dress for your Day”; and
  • access to our Health & Wellbeing program, BNWell, which supports the mental, physical and financial wellbeing of our people including a yearly health & wellbeing allowance and a health & wellbeing leave day.
