The Role: Executive Assistant to CEO/Founder (Temp to hire)

The City: NYC, NY (Onsite)

The Money: $175k - $200k base

The Day-to-Day:

• Take full ownership of a complex, high-stakes calendar and perform proactive calendar audits
• Anticipate priorities, flag conflicts, and protect executive focus
• Drive organization, follow-through, and accountability across meetings and commitments
• Push back when needed and bring strong judgment to decision-making
• Act as a trusted extension of the CEO internally and externally
• Elevate the overall executive function with polish, discretion, and confidence
