Accounts Receivable and Design Trade Support Specialist

In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our customers, sales team, and warehouse—ensuring projects stay on track from start to finish. From processing purchase orders and payments to scheduling installations and keeping our product catalog up-to-date, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and professionally.

What You’ll Do

• Process customer order/installation payments and refunds.
• Maintain and update our product catalog (add new products/colors, update pricing, sync vendor catalogs).
• Support Trade Account and Operations Managers as needed: work orders, purchase orders, sales prep, and showroom clean-up.
• Act as the go-to contact for trade customers regarding installations, deliveries, and invoices.
• Organize and maintain customer and vendor files.
• Send mail packs to customers and international mills.
• Order showroom samples and keep the office stocked with supplies.
• Answer/Filter showroom phone calls.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
