Senior Java API Developer

We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Java API Developer to join our dynamic team for our client

Contract duration ASAP to Oct 31, 2026 , good possibility of extension

Type: Hydrid- 2-3 days a weeks in office required

Must have requirements

1. 8–10 years of professional experience as a Java developer, with a strong focus on Java 8 and newer versions
2. Solid hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, Struts, and JavaScript
3. Proven experience in application architecture and API design
4. Skilled in developing cloud-based microservices
5. Experience working with Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure

Nice to have Skills

1. Proficient in writing and maintaining shell scripts across Unix, Linux, and macOS environments
2. Familiar with IBM WebSphere Server 8.5
3. Experience with relational databases including DB2, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server
4. Background in building secure systems and performing vulnerability analysis on existing applications
5. Proficient with version control and build tools including Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle
6. Broad exposure to various frameworks (server-side, infrastructure, frontend, desktop) with a strong ability to quickly learn new technologies
7. Well-versed in Agile methodologies, with the adaptability to thrive in dynamic and evolving environments
