An established private equity firm with decades of experience in technology and healthcare is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to play a key role in supporting its leadership team. Known for its hands-on approach to building value, the firm focuses on strategic investments and operational improvements that drive long-term success. Who You Are

• A proactive Executive Assistant with 8+ years of experience in traditional EA responsibilities (calendar, expenses, travel)
• Adept at managing complex calendars and juggling priorities with grace and precision
• Comfortable supporting senior leadership and navigating confidential matters with discretion
• Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and able to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
• A natural problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude and a sense of humor

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-level administrative support to four senior leaders
• Coordinate and manage evolving schedules, meetings, and occasional travel logistics
• Prepare and reconcile expense reports in Concur with accuracy and timeliness
• Represent the firm with the highest standard of professionalism

Compensation & Perks

• Salary range: $135,000–$145,000 annually, based on experience
