Position Details

**Job Title:** Graphic & Video Designer

**Location:** Defence Colony, New Delhi

**Industry:** Aesthetic Healthcare / Dermatology / Beauty & Wellness

Key Responsibilities

* Edit and produce engaging **YouTube Long-Form Videos** and **YouTube Shorts**.

* Create high-quality graphics, thumbnails, banners, and promotional creatives for digital platforms.

* Develop and edit **UGC (User-Generated Content)** videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media channels.

* Create visually compelling content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, patient testimonials, and brand awareness initiatives.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative concepts and content strategies.

* Stay updated with the latest design, video editing, and social media trends to maximize audience engagement.

* Ensure brand consistency across all visual and video assets.

Required Skills

* Strong expertise in **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **Adobe Illustrator**.

* Experience in editing **YouTube Videos, Reels, Shorts, and Social Media Content**.

* Understanding of **UGC Content Creation**, storytelling, and audience engagement.

* Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and video optimization.

* Strong graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics, typography, and branding.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* 1-2 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.

* Experience in the **Beauty, Aesthetic, Healthcare, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Digital Marketing** industry is preferred.

* Creative mindset with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design projects.

* Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and performance-driven content creation.
