**Job Title: Generative AI Engineer (Python Agentic AI)**

Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Chennai & Pune

Experience: 4-8 Years (Relevant of 3Years is a mandate)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with strong Python expertise to design, build, and scale cutting-edge agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks, along with a passion for solving complex real-world problems using AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance AI and Generative AI solutions using Python
• Build and manage agentic workflows for complex task automation and orchestration
• Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Create effective prompts, system instructions, and agent interaction patterns
• Implement agent-based architectures using frameworks like LangGraph or similar
• Define agent behaviors, instructions, and decision-making flows
• Work with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for structured agent communication
• Integrate ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow for tracking and experimentation
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions
• Debug, optimize, and improve performance of AI applications

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development
• Solid understanding of AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI concepts
• Experience building agentic AI systems (AI agents, multi-agent workflows)
• Hands-on experience with agent development frameworks (ADK / LangGraph / similar)
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and instruction design
• Experience with agent orchestration patterns and workflows
• Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Hands-on experience with RAG techniques
• Familiarity with MLflow or similar ML lifecycle tools
• Exposure to LangGraph or graph-based orchestration frameworks
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile environments

Good to Have

• Experience with Big Data ecosystems (Spark, Databricks, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with PySpark
• Exposure to data engineering, MLOps, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience building scalable data pipelines
• Familiarity with deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments
