Network Data Engineer SME (L3)
Delhi/Bangalore/Hyderabad
Contract
• 24x7 Network Operations (L1–L3)
• Global infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD WAN/Voice/Video)
• Tools, automation, governance, and continuous improvement
• End-to-end ownership of L3 operations governance
• Responsible for large-scale environments across:
• LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/WLAN/Voice/Video stack
• Security devices, DDI, NAC
• Works across multi-geography 24x7 model
• Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) and critical escalations
• Provide SME-level support for: Network segmentation, routing optimization, Firewall rule tuning, security controls, SD WAN support and lifecycle activities
• Drive proactive operations: Alert tuning and noise reduction, Capacity and performance optimization
• Implement automation and orchestration use cases
using ServiceNow ITOM + Ansible/AIOps
• Perform problem management & RCA analysis
• Oversee: Patch compliance & subscription management, Configuration governance (NCM / Forti Manager / Meraki)
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and review technical deliverables
• Engage in: Transition-to-BAU activities, Knowledge management and documentation improvements
