Assist the Events & Special Projects team with client status reports, RSVP tracking, social placement tracking, face sheets, and event materials.

Maintain and update case studies, pitch materials, and digital wrap reports for current and prospective clients.

Support the preparation of client presentations and other business-development materials.

Monitor social media activity and assist with social calendar management.

Stay current on trends across entertainment, fashion, lifestyle, influencer marketing, brands, and talent.

Communicate professionally with clients, talent, partners, vendors, and internal team members.

Anticipate needs, identify priorities, and ensure important details and follow-ups are completed.

Provide additional administrative, client, project, and personal support as needed.

Qualifications

A minimum of three years of Executive Assistant experience is required.

Experience within entertainment, fashion, marketing, events, influencer relations, or special projects is strongly preferred.

Genuine passion for pop culture, entertainment, fashion, brands, talent, and social media.

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong judgment and confidence making thoughtful, independent decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Warm, engaging, polished, and highly professional demeanor.

Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with executives, clients, administrative professionals, and creative teams.

Proactive, adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn.

High level of discretion when handling confidential business and personal matters.
