Role: Python QE Lead
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation engineering, with a focus on designing and implementing robust, scalable automated solutions and. As a automation developer, you will be responsible for creating automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and optimizing QA process.
What we are looking for:
Automation Development: Advanced proficiency in Python or Java for scripting and automation framework. Experience in both is a plus.
Automation Frameworks: Strong knowledge of designing, maintaining, and executing automated test frameworks.
API Testing: Extensive experience with RESTful API testing, automation, and validation.
SQL & Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation, data manipulation, and querying.
Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead automation efforts, provide mentorship, and lead onshore/offshore communication.
Good to have
Generative AI integration (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini APIs)
LangChain framework for AI application development
Key Skills: (Python, Robot Framework, API, Selenium, Robo Framework, Good Communication, Strong Stakeholder Management, GenAI Exposure, BFSI experience is preferenable)
