Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled React Lead Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, front-end architecture, and team leadership, with the ability to collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of modern web applications using React.js
- Architect scalable and reusable front-end solutions
- Guide and mentor a team of front-end developers
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and standards
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness
- Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.)
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Drive adoption of modern front-end tools and frameworks
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in front-end development
- Strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with Redux or Context API
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture
- Experience with REST APIs and API integration
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with Next.js
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
- Understanding of Micro Frontend architecture
- Experience with UI frameworks (Material UI, Bootstrap)
