What You’ll Do

• Build production AI applications powered by LLMs and voice technologies
• Design agentic AI workflows, evaluation frameworks, and retrieval pipelines
• Ship full stack features across Python and TypeScript
• Build scalable backend systems that process large volumes of AI-generated data
• Help shape the engineering culture and technical direction as one of the company’s first engineering hires
