AI Product Lead

A leading financial services organization is building a next-generation AI function focused on transforming how business teams leverage Generative AI and emerging technologies. As one of the first hires within this growing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, validating, and delivering high-impact AI initiatives across multiple business areas.

This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, rapidly testing new ideas, and working at the intersection of business strategy, product thinking, and artificial intelligence.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify business processes that can be enhanced through AI and Generative AI technologies
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and strategic priorities
• Evaluate AI opportunities based on business value, implementation effort, ROI, and feasibility
• Rapidly prototype AI solutions and proof-of-concepts
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to transition successful prototypes into production
• Present recommendations and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Research emerging AI capabilities and recommend innovative applications
• Drive AI adoption by balancing business needs with technical realities
• Operate independently while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience identifying practical AI or Large Language Model (LLM) use cases
• Strong understanding of Generative AI capabilities and limitations
• Experience prototyping AI-powered solutions
• Product mindset with strong business acumen
• Ability to evaluate business value, ROI, implementation complexity, and adoption considerations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Comfortable working with engineering teams throughout implementation
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Financial services, capital markets, fintech, asset management, trading, or brokerage experience
• Product Management experience
• Startup or innovation-focused environment
• Experience deploying Generative AI solutions into production
• Exposure to management consulting or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience with emerging AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption
