Junior AI & Marketing Assistant Full-Time In-Office

We’re looking for a smart, motivated, and fast-learning individual to join our growing fashion company. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who recently graduated (or has 1-2 years of experience) and wants to build real-world skills in marketing, AI, e-commerce, and business operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities may include:

• Utilizing AI tools to generate and edit product images and marketing content
• Creating social media graphics, videos, and marketing campaigns
• Assisting with content creation for Instagram, TikTok, email marketing, and Shopify
• Processing and fulfilling customer orders
• Uploading and organizing products on our website and various marketplaces
• Assisting with inventory organization and product photography
• Conducting online research and helping implement new ideas
• Supporting daily office operations and special projects
• Learning new software and AI tools as our business continues to grow

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• A recent college graduate or someone early in their career
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• A quick learner who enjoys figuring things out
• Tech-savvy and excited about AI and emerging technology
• Creative with a strong eye for design and marketing
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable, positive, and eager to grow with the company

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar AI/design tools
• Social media content creation
• Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Basic photography or video editing
• Graphic design experience
