• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-grade software development, with a minimum of 2+ years of dedicated team leadership experience.

  • Backend AI: Advanced .NET Core proficiency with practical experience designing/integrating LLMs and modern AI ecosystems.
  • Architecture: Proven success managing massive, multi-tenant web applications, background job queues, and asynchronous messaging platforms.
