AI & Copilot Specialist Microsoft Stack (Offshore)

Role Summary

The role focuses on building intelligent automation using Power Platform, leveraging Azure AI services, and accelerating development with GitHub Copilot. The ideal candidate will have strong Generative AI (GenAI) expertise with handson experience in developing agentic AI solutions, autonomous agents, and AI-driven bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Azure AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Build low-code apps and workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop intelligent bots, conversational agents, and enterprise copilots using Copilot Studio and Azure AI orchestration.
• Integrate Dataverse, Graph APIs, and other enterprise systems within Power Platform solutions.

Azure AI & Agentic AI

• Leverage Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps for AI-powered automation.

• Design and deploy agentic AI systems supporting:

• Multi-step autonomous task execution
• Reasoning-based workflows
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• AI Orchestrators & Skills using Azure AI Studio

• Build reusable autonomous agents for monitoring, decision-making, and workflow automation.

Bot & Agent Deployment

• Build, test, and deploy AI-powered bots and agents across Teams, web, and enterprise applications.
• Configure grounding, knowledge sources, skills, and secure execution policies for agents.
• Ensure safe, responsible, and compliant agent behaviour.

Developer Productivity

• Use GitHub Copilot in VS Code to accelerate development for .NET, C#, PowerShell, and Power Platform extensions.
• Develop automation scripts, connectors, and reusable components.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for bot and agent development.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts: prompt engineering, grounding, RAG, and Responsible AI.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows and autonomous agents.
• Power Platform expertise: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse.
• Familiarity with Azure AI stack: OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services, Functions, Logic Apps.
• Proficiency with GitHub Copilot in VS Code (.NET, C#, automation scripts).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, and Teams integration.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, and BFSI domain processes.
• Experience with agentic design patterns, reusable prompts, and AI skill orchestration.
• Hands-on work with Teams bots, custom connectors, or enterprise AI assistants.
