About the Role

Sweet Vegan Chocolates is looking for a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support marketing, creative, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to use AI tools to work smarter, faster, and more creatively.

We’re a small, fast-growing team, so you’ll wear many hats, gain hands-on experience across departments, and work closely with leadership. This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as responsibilities and skills grow.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with marketing initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships
• Draft, edit, and schedule newsletters, marketing emails, and customer communications
• Support paid advertising (Meta) by helping with creative ideas, scripts, and coordination for photo/video shoots
• Use AI tools to generate marketing visuals, lifestyle imagery, content drafts, and creative mockups
• (ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
• Help research grants, partnerships, and growth opportunities
• Maintain calendars, timelines, and internal project trackers
• Support daily office and administrative needs to keep operations running smoothly
• Assist with light customer support, research, and general marketing tasks

Who You Are

• Early-career (0–2 years experience) or a recent graduate with relevant internships
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable writing and editing short-form content (emails, captions, internal docs)
• Actively using or eager to learn AI tools for content and image generation
• Curious, adaptable, and excited to learn in a startup-style environment
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and follow through independently

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or e-commerce brands
• Basic exposure to Meta Ads or digital marketing
• Canva or design experience
• Interest in food, wellness, sustainability, or lifestyle brands
• Comfort assisting with small content shoots or creative projects

Hours & Growth Path

• Part-time: ~15–20 hours per week to start
• Opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance, availability, and business needs
• Hands-on mentorship and real ownership of projects as you grow
