Graduate Software Developer

An innovative organisation in the financial technology space is looking for a Graduate Software Developer. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to work on real-world, high-impact applications while developing strong technical and professional skills within a high-performing team building cutting-edge trading and research systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using C# and .NET.
• Support the development of scalable systems for trading and research environments.
• Contribute to database development and optimisation using SQL Server or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with senior developers, researchers, and traders to deliver software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and adopt best engineering practices to improve system performance.

What We’re Looking For

• At least a 2:1 BSc in Computer Science or a related subject from a Russell Group University.
• Strong foundation in programming, ideally with exposure to C# or .NET.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
• Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
