Job Summary We are looking for an innovative and passionate AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Python-based AI frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
• Build AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation solutions.
• Develop and optimize applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise AI solutions.
• Integrate AI models with web applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model training and inference.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists.
• Monitor AI applications and continuously improve model performance.
• Follow AI security, governance, and responsible AI best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, or Google Gemini
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS
• Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
• REST API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Experience with Git and version control
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• AI Agents and multi-agent systems
• Prompt Engineering and prompt optimization
• Fine-tuning open-source LLMs
• Hugging Face Transformers
• Docker and Kubernetes
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services
• SQL, NoSQL, and data engineering fundamentals
• CI/CD pipelines for AI deployments
• MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI
• Experience with OCR, speech, or computer vision models

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1–8 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
