Skills:

As a Copilot Architect, you will lead the design and architecture of scalable Copilot and Agentic Al solutions.

• You will define technical blueprints, ensure integration across Microsoft’s GenAl stack, and guide development teams through the full lifecycle of agentic Al implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure Al Foundry, and Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Design multi-agent systems using Wipro IntelliAgent Builder, AutoGen, or Microsoft’s orchestration tools.
• (Nice to Have) Define solution blueprints, data flows, and prompt libraries for prioritized use-cases.
• Oversee integration with Microsofts Graph API, Fabric, and enterprise data sources.
• Establish governance frameworks for security, compliance, and version control.
• Lead feasibility assessments, KPI definition, and ROI modeling for Al use-cases.
• Mentor developers and ensure alignment with UHG’s enterprise architecture standards.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft GenAl stack: Copilot Studio, Azure Al Foundry, Azure OpenAl, and Graph API.
• Experience in designing multi-agent architectures, planning algorithms, and reinforcement learning loops.
