Description
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior WordPress Developer to join our development team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or developers with up to 1.5 years of experience who are eager to build modern, responsive, and high-performing WordPress websites.
You will work closely with senior developers and designers to develop, customize, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites while gaining hands-on experience with real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize WordPress websites using themes and plugins.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive web pages.
- Assist in developing new website features and functionality.
- Maintain and update existing WordPress websites.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and compatible across browsers.
- Troubleshoot website issues and bugs.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and senior developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Follow coding standards and best development practices.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS.
- Understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with responsive web design using Bootstrap or similar frameworks.
- Basic understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (Elementor preferred).
- Knowledge of Git/version control is a plus.
- Understanding of website performance optimization and SEO fundamentals is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
