Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to resolve issues related to Autosys scheduling tool.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex problems in production environments using Tidal tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
  • Develop scripts and automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-8 years of experience in Production Support or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Autosys scheduling tool and its integration with other systems.
  • Proficiency in Tidal tools for troubleshooting and debugging purposes.
  • Experience working on Linux/Unix platforms.
