Azure Java Springboot Microservices - S

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
• Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
• Implement event-driven architectures using messaging services such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, DevOps, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support activities.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using Azure DevOps or other DevOps tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and coding standards.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Java application development.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Java 8/11/17+
• Spring Boot
• Spring MVC
• Spring Security
• Spring Data JPA / Hibernate
• RESTful Web Services

• Microservices Architecture

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as:

• Azure App Services
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Azure Functions
• Azure API Management
• Azure Storage
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure Service Bus

• Azure Monitor / Application Insights

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases:

• SQL Server
• PostgreSQL
• Oracle
• MongoDB

• Cosmos DB

• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
